This necklace is inspired by my Five Deep Breaths practice that invites you to pause right where you are and take five deep breaths with intention to recenter and create more space inside you.
This necklace includes five kyanite gemstones to symbolize the five deep breaths. Each time you see them, let them remind you to pause and take those deep breaths. Kyanite invites you to speak your truth.
Details
These five kyanite gemstones are wire-wrapped by hand and create a pendant that is about 1.25 inches wide. The chain and other components are brass and plated brass; they are nickel free. Your necklace will come with a card explaining the intention behind your stones and the five deep breaths practice. Before you add to your cart, just choose a chain length in the drop-down menu.
Note: Each of these gorgeous kyanite stones are unique and slightly vary in size and color. Your stones will be chosen just for you.
